Browsing this site requires no account. We only collect what you send us voluntarily through the contact form (name, email address, phone where provided, subject and message), or when subscribing to the newsletter (email address and preferred language).
For spam protection we store a hashed fingerprint of your IP address rather than the address itself, together with your browser identifier.
Contact form data is used solely to answer your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are used only to send association news, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every message.
Contact messages are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data by writing to the address on the Contact page.
This site uses no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. A single technical cookie remembers your preferred language and is never shared.
